Blind workers file lawsuit against Oracle

Three Texas state employees, in conjunction with the National Federation of the Blind, have filed an accessibility lawsuit against Oracle Corporation, seeking to ensure all software applications in use by the state government are accessible to blind workers. The workers contend that inability to access the software prevents them from adequately performing their jobs.
